In turn, we attempt to manage these results to improve our businesses, but here’s a problem:

You can’t manage results.

What you can manage is attitudes, activities, and behaviors. WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM REQUIRED WEEKLY ACTIVITIES that will help you hit your targets? What activities can and should you benchmark and manage to achieve your dreams, goals, and objectives?  How will you track these activities? What are the activities that others engage in that are critical to your success? How can you help manage those activities?
